DigiMedical Solutions, Inc.(TM) Announces Contract With Naples Cardiologist Specialists for DigiRX(TM) Digital Prescription Technology and DigiReAuth(TM) Full-Service Call Center Services

digiMedical Solutions, Inc.™ (OTC: DGMS), announced today the signing of a premier Naples-based full-service cardiology medical service provider, Naples Cardiologist Specialists. The agreement calls for the installation of digiMedical's digital prescribing technology, digiRX™, as well as direct connectivity to digiMedical's full-service call center capabilities, digiReAuth™. digiMedical Solutions is a Microsoft Partner with six company-owned pharmacies in Texas and Florida. The Company has developed proprietary technologies and processes to digitally streamline the prescription handling process from physician to pharmacy, securely and quickly.

digiMedical expects to report over $7.5 Million in revenue for 2006, and has forecasted $14.5 million for 2007 revenue in "same store" sales alone. Subsequently, physicians and clinics who have joined the digiMedical prescription processing network continue to build the corporate "same store" revenue base.
