Medical Careers College Announces Practical Nursing for Richmond Campuses

Medical Careers College is pleased to announce that both Richmond campuses, West End, located at Commerce Plaza I - 2809 Emerywood Parkway, Suite 400 - Richmond, VA 23294 and South Side, located at 800 Moorefield Park Drive - Richmond, VA 23236, are now offering a Practical Nursing diploma program.

The Practical Nursing program prepares the student to become a valuable member of a healthcare team, working under the supervision of a physician or a registered nurse.

Graduates who obtain state licensure typically secure employment as Practical Nurses in areas that include:

Nursing Homes

Hospitals

Physicians' Offices

Corporate Occupational Health

Public School Systems

Other fields of study offered at Medical Careers College's two campuses include Medical Assisting and Medical Administration; Massage Therapy is also offered at the South Side campus.
