digiMedical Solutions, Inc. (TM) Enters Into a Non-Binding Letter of Intent to Purchase Roberts Pharmacy of Cape Coral, Florida

digiMedical Solutions, Inc. (TM) (PINKSHEETS: DGMS) today announced entering into a non-binding letter of intent (LOI) to purchase the customer database and remaining drug inventory from Roberts Pharmacy in Cape Coral, Florida. This acquisition will expand digiMedical's Ft. Myers reach significantly, with a database of 3,000 additional customers. Additionally, digiMedical will gain all customer refills from Roberts Pharmacy. A customer file is the demographic, prescription refills and doctor information contained by a pharmacy. Customer files are the central asset of any pharmacy company.
