AVI BioPharma Announces 2007 First Quarter Financial Results Conference Call

AVI BioPharma, Inc. (Nasdaq:AVII) today announced that the company will hold a conference call to discuss its 2007 first quarter financial results on Wednesday, May 9, 2007, at 11:00 a.m. Eastern time (8:00 a.m. Pacific time).
