Antigenics to Present at UBS Global Generic and Specialty Pharmaceuticals Conference

Antigenics Inc. (NASDAQ: AGEN) today announced that Garo H. Armen, PhD, the company's chairman and CEO, will present at the UBS Global Generic and Specialty Pharmaceuticals Conference at the Grand Hyatt New York at 9:00 a.m. ET on Wednesday, May 9.

Dr. Armen will provide an overview of the company and its priority development programs, including Oncophage® (vitespen) therapeutic cancer vaccine; QS-21™ vaccine adjuvant; AG-707 therapeutic vaccine for genital herpes infection; and Aroplatin™ platinum agent for cancers.

The audio portion of the presentation will be webcast live and available subsequently by replay on the UBS website at: http://www.ibb.ubs.com (follow the Conferences link). The replay of the webcast will begin approximately three hours after the live presentation and will be available for approximately 30 days.
