Reminder: ER Urgent Care Centers Retains Joeseph Emas to File Registration Statement to Become OTC NASDAQ Bulletin Board Company

ER Urgent Care Centers (PINKSHEETS: ERUC) is proud to announce that it has retained the office of Joseph Emas, one of the nation's leading SEC attorneys, to finalize its SB-2 registration and to become listed as a OTC NASDAQ Bulletin Board company. The selection of Mr. Emas by the Board of Directors is a result of his previous legal work for ERUC and his reputation with regulators as an attorney specializing in SEC registrations. As previously mentioned the company released its audited financial statement and announced increases in numerous categories. With the filling of the SB-2 registration statement the company becomes fully reporting and, upon the effective date, ERUC will be a bulletin board company.
