Whole Health Management Hires New Vice President of Clinic Operations

Whole Health Management, a leading operator of on-site health clinics and wellness centers for the nation's largest self-insured corporations, has selected Doug Grossman-McKee, Ph.D. to join its management team as vice president of clinic operations.

Dr. Grossman-McKee comes to Whole Health with more than 20 years of experience in management and clinical practice. As the new vice president of clinical operations, Dr. Grossman-McKee will be responsible for the clinical management of all of Whole Health's Centers.

Prior to joining Whole Health, Dr. Grossman-McKee spent 15 years at the Progressive Corporation where he served as human resource manager, employee assistance program (EAP) manager and was a senior manager for the on-site Health Service department. The EAP consisted of six on-site clinics at the company's headquarter locations employing 20 psychologists and other counselors covering 15,000 employees.

Dr. Grossman-McKee was also an active duty United States Air Force psychologist and a consultation-liaison psychologist for several hospital systems. While at University Hospitals Health System, he was the lead psychologist for two multidisciplinary chronic pain teams. Additionally, he spent several years as a consulting psychologist at University School Middle School, a private school.

In 2003, Dr. Grossman-McKee founded Spectrum Psychological Associates, a private practice group specializing in workplace consultations and counseling services.

Dr. Grossman-McKee is also an active member of the community. He served as an adjunct clinical professor of psychology at both Case Western University and Kent State University and sat on the Board of Trustees for both the Cleveland Psychological Association (CPA) and Ohio Psychological Association (OPA). Before joining Whole Health, he worked with a community youth hockey association as a board member and coach for 15 years.

Dr. Grossman-McKee received his bachelor's degree from Brown University in Providence, Rhode Island and his master's and doctoral degrees in clinical psychology from Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland. He also has a master's in business administration from Cleveland State University.
