DeVry Inc. Declares Semi-Annual Dividend

DeVry Inc. (NYSE:DV), an international higher education organization, announced that its board of directors has declared a dividend on the company’s common stock of $0.05 per share, payable on July 12, 2007, to stockholders of record as of June 18, 2007. In November 2006, the Board stated its intent to declare dividends on a semi-annual basis, resulting in an annual dividend rate of $0.10 per share.
