Molina Healthcare to Participate in the Bank of America 2007 Health Care Conference

Molina Healthcare, Inc. (NYSE: MOH) today announced that management will give a presentation, followed by a question and answer session, at the Bank of America 2007 Health Care Conference to be held May 30 -- June 1, 2007, at the Four Seasons Hotel in Las Vegas, Nevada.

A live broadcast of the Company's conference presentation will be available on Thursday, May 31, 2007, beginning at 12:40 p.m. Pacific Time.
