TAMPA, Fla., May 29 /PRNewswire/ — Health Integrated today announced that Denis Field, CPA, JD, LLM and David Friend, MD, MBA, have joined the company’s board of directors. Field is chairman and founding partner of executive search firm Gartner Partners LLC, and chairman, COO and CFO of women’s accessories retailer Laila Rowe. Dr. Friend is a managing director with Alvarez and Marsal, LLC, a leading global professional services firm.

“We are grateful to have both Denis and David as additions to our board,” said Shan Padda, Health Integrated’s chief executive officer. “To have individuals of their caliber join our board shows both the progress we have achieved and the potential that we have as an organization. Their insights and experience will be extremely valuable in further accelerating our company’s growth and helping to guide Health Integrated in the years ahead.”

“Denis brings a wealth of leadership, particularly in high-growth environments. During his nine years with Watson Wyatt, his clients included Fortune 500 Companies, academic medical centers and the public sector, including state, local and international governments. He also helped lead the turnaround of the firm itself, which resulted in its successful IPO, a twenty fold return on equity and recognition on Business Week’s list of Hot Growth Companies.

Dr. Friend holds a B.A. in Economics from Brandeis University, his MD from the University Of Connecticut School Of Medicine, and an MBA in Healthcare from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
