‘Wrong Direction’

DOCTORS and ambulance crews have revealed they feel NHS Direct refers too many patients to GPs and emergency services. Urgent referrals are given to patients with minor problems such as sprains and moderate temperatures, doctors and emergency workers told the BBC.
