Exio Document Management System Installed at Premier PET Imaging of Tamarac

Circa Design Company announced today that it has installed its Exio Document Management System at Premier PET Imaging of Tamarac, the newest addition to the Broward County medical community. The Tamarac, Florida out-patient PET/CT facility is the sixth medical imaging center developed by Premier PET Imaging International, Inc. to utilize the Exio Document Management System to streamline patient report management and distribution.
The Exio Document Management System allows medical facilities to electronically manage patient reports and securely deliver the report to the referring physician as soon as it is electronically signed. In addition, the Exio System provides real time analysis of referral patterns, exam volumes, and other information critical to managing a diagnostic center. Because the Exio Document Management System is web based, important clinical and administrative information is available at anytime from almost any location.
A new state-of-the-art outpatient medical diagnostic imaging center featuring a 16 slice General Electric Discovery ST PET/CT imaging system, Premier PET Imaging of Tamarac is led by Michael Fagien, MD, a prominent board certified nuclear radiologist, who serves as its Medical Director.
