A research study of an investigational medication for lupus patients with a history of renal disease. Volunteers 12 to 70 years old who have a diagnosis of systemic Lupus Erythematosus (SLE) and who have had active SLE renal disease within the past four years may be eligible. Osteoporosis
A research study of an investigational medication for postmenopausal women with osteoporosis previously treated with alendronate or raloxifene. Postmenopausal women at least 50 years old who have been diagnosed with osteoporosis and a have been on therapy with either raloxifene HCl or alendronate Na for at least 18 months prior to the study may be eligible. Research sites located throughout the United States.

Bone Fractures
A study to determine the effects of an investigational medication on bone fractures and incidence of breast cancer. Women 60 to 85 years old whose last menstrual cycle was at least two years ago may be eligible. Research sites located throughout the United States.
