By John Estus, The Daily Oklahoman
Jun. 30–Arson investigators are on the scene of a house fire that sent a woman to the hospital with serious injuries this afternoon.
Firefighters responded to reports of smoke at 2809 S McKinley Ave. about 2:45 p.m., and preliminary reports suggest there may have been an explosion at the home, fire officials said. A 25-year old woman was taken to Integris Baptist Medical Center in serious condition, Emergency Medical Services Authority spokeswoman Lara O’Leary said. Another man was in the home at the time of the fire but was not injured, O’Leary said.
