Northwestern Medical, Northwestern Memorial and Quovadx to Co-Host Continuity of Care Forum Led By Chair of HIMSS Health Information Exchange (HIE) Committee

The event will bring together leading healthcare executives to discuss the improvements in patient safety and clinical workflow offered by regional and national health information networks.
