CHD Meridian Opens Doors to New OneBeacon Employee Wellness Center

CHD Meridian Healthcare, an I-trax, Inc. company (AMEX: DMX) announced the opening of an employee wellness center at OneBeacon Insurance Group's (NYSE: OB) new U.S. headquarters in Canton, Massachusetts.

The innovative new wellness center reflects a national trend toward providing health care at the workplace and is designed to control costs for employees and employer alike by reducing health risks and improving long-term healthcare management.

Building on the health promotion efforts already in place at OneBeacon -- including a dining program and fitness center -- the new wellness center is being managed by healthcare professionals from CHD Meridian, the leading provider of on-site health centers serving clients across the country. The wellness center serves approximately 1,000 OneBeacon employees.

To introduce the center to employees, OneBeacon conducted a series of grand opening activities, including a Healthy Deal Challenge in which employees could win prizes for visiting the new wellness center and taking advantage of other healthy activities.

The wellness center will be staffed by a fulltime nurse practitioner supported by a consulting physician and a nutritionist. The center will provide a broad array of health services including preventive care visits, acute care treatment and health promotion activities. Featured services will also include:

 --  Health education and wellness programs, including nutrition counseling --  Blood-pressure monitoring, and assistance with other self-monitoring     programs --  Laboratory services --  Concierge prescription services --  Allergy maintenance injections --  Prenatal and post-pregnancy support including a lactation program
