10 Dead in Kenya Poll Violence

PRESIDENT Mwai Kibaki was re-elected in the closest presidential election in Kenya’s history.
The contest was marked by allegations of rigging on both sides.
Elections chief Samuel Kivuituread the results on live television after other media were kicked out of the main vote headquarters.
He said Mr Kibaki beat Raila Odinga by 231,728 votes.
At least 10 people are reported to have been killed in rioting in Nairobi after the announcement.
