Seven Iraqi Customs Officers Killed in Syria Border Blast - Al- Jazeera

The US Army has announced that five US soldiers were wounded in an attack south of Baghdad. Meanwhile, 33 Iraqis were killed and around 50 were wounded in various incidents. Twenty-one Iraqi volunteers were killed when a person blew himself up inside a crowd of volunteers near Al-Muthanna airbase [in Baghdad]. [Video shows aftermath of attack]
Seven Iraqi customs officers were killed when two booby-trapped cars, driven by two suicide bombers, exploded in Al-Walid Border Complex on the Iraqi-Syrian borders. The US troops said that the complex sustained heavy damage.
