Nasr Yusuf, Palestinian minister of interior and national security, has said there are changes in Israel's intentions with respect to its withdrawal from the northern West Bank, and described these changes as worrying and disturbing.
Speaking at a news conference held a short time ago following his meeting with Quartet [including the USA, UN, EU and Russia] envoy William Ward in Jericho, Yusuf said that the next few days would witness meetings between Palestinian and Israeli field and military commanders who will discuss the roles and responsibilities of each side.
