Iraq TV Says Nine Killed in East Baghdad Attacks

Nine Iraqis, including five commandos, were killed and 12 other civilians were wounded when a suicide bomber driving a booby- trapped car targeted an Iraqi Police patrol in Baghdad.
An Interior Ministry source said that a suicide bomber driving a booby-trapped car attacked an Iraqi Police patrol in the Al-Ghadir neighbourhood in eastern Baghdad this morning. As a result, nine people, including five commandos, were killed and 12 other civilians were wounded. The source added that a patrol car burst into flames.
Iraqi Police sources earlier said that 13 police commandos were killed in the explosion. [Video shows the site of the attack]
