Quake's Toll Hits 38,000

THE death toll in Pakistan's earthquake has hit 38,000 but is likely to climb even higher.
Rescue workers will probably find more victims when they reach villages still cut off.
They are being hampered by rain and snow.
Yesterday blankets and tents, paid for donations raised by charities in Britain, were reaching some remoter areas.
