Cargo Plane That Crashed in Afghanistan Was Russian - Radio

It has emerged that the cargo plane that crashed in Afghanistan's mountains earlier today was Russian, Rosbiznesconsulting [RBK] news agency quotes representatives of Afghanistan's law-enforcement agencies on this.
All 10 people on board of the plane have died. Their citizenship has not been established yet. However, Afghan sources said that magazines in the Russian language and Russian currency were found on the site of the crash.
A police chief who is at the site of the crash said that bad weather could have been the reason of the tragedy.
