Liberian Demonstrators Damage 14 UN Police Vehicles During Clashes

The UN Mission [UNMIL] civilian police says 14 of its vehicles were damaged during Sunday's [11 December] riot with the Congress for Democratic Change [CDC].
UNMIL'S civilian police commissioner said rioters threw stones at the windshields of the cars.
Col Mohammed Alhassan said three civilian police officers were also injured in the process.
He told Star Radio the civilian police would continue to work with the local police to control situations of riots in the country.
