China confirms seventh human bird flu case: report

SHANGHAI (Reuters) – China has confirmed its seventh human
case of the H5N1 bird flu virus, the official Xinhua News
Agency said on Thursday.
The infected person was a 41-year-old factory worker in
southern Fujian province. The infected person died on December
21, Xinhua cited a health ministry report as saying.
