Montenegrin Transport Minister Quits Over Train Crash

Podgorica: Maritime and Transport Minister Andrija Lompar this evening tendered his resignation as a personal gesture over the serious railway accident near Podgorica in which 39 people had been killed and another 135 injured.
Deputy Premier Miroslav Ivanisevic said at a news conference that the government had not reached any concrete conclusions at this evening's extraordinary session.
