Hague Tribunal Confirms Mladic Not Arrested - Serbian Agency

The Hague, 21 February: Florence Hartmann, spokesperson for Hague Tribunal Chief Prosecutor Carla Del Ponte, has told SRNA that General Ratko Mladic was not arrested in Belgrade today.
"Unfortunately, nothing happened. Mladic was not arrested, although he is within the reach of the authorities in Belgrade," Hartmann said.
Expressing her regret that Mladic has not been arrested, Hartmann said his arrest would happen very soon.
