About 30 Decapitated Bodies Found in Ba'Qubah, Al-Sharqiyah TV Reports

Baghdad Al-Sharqiyah TV reported the following security developments on its 1700 gmt bulletin of 26 Mar 06:
"Iraqi Army officials on Sunday confirmed that bodies of 30 martyrs, most of which were decapitated, were found in a village near Ba'qubah. They added that the bodies were found in the main street of Mulla Iyd village."
"Iraqi Interior Ministry officials said that the authorities on Sunday [26 March] arrested an Iraqi police major who was charged with participating in the assassination squads which killed hundreds of Iraqis. The officials said that Arkan al-Bawi, who works in Diyala Governorate, northwest of Baghdad, was detained following a visit to the Interior Ministry, noting that he was accused of working with assassination squads in Ba'qubah."
In the course of its 1900 gmt newscast on 26 March, Al-Sharqiyah reported the following: "Citing political sources in Iraq, Reuters reported that the US forces on Sunday arrested at least 40 members of the Iraqi Interior Ministry forces who were detaining 17 foreigners at a secret government complex. Reuters' correspondent tried to approach the complex, but militia affiliated with one of the parties prevented him."
