Small blast near Tel Aviv, no one hurt

JERUSALEM (Reuters) - A small explosion occurred near the
Israeli city of Tel Aviv on Wednesday but no one was hurt in
the blast, which police said did not appear to be a Palestinian
militant attack.

Police spokesman Mickey Rosenfeld said the small explosive
device was placed near a car wash in a business district in the
city of Ramat Gan.

"Police are looking into the cause of the explosion. (It)
seems to be criminal activity," he said.
