Ukrainian President, Premier Start Crisis Consultations – TV

Ukrainian Prime Minister Viktor Yanukovych has arrived at the presidential secretariat for talks with President Viktor Yushchenko, a correspondent of Ukraine’s 5 Kanal television has reported during a live linkup from the secretariat.
She said some of the regional governors in the secretariat confirmed the prime minister’s arrival. She added it is not known yet whether Yanukovych will talk to journalists after he finishes the meeting with Yushchenko.
Yanukovych today called for talks and compromise after Yushchenko yesterday signed a decree disbanding parliament and calling a snap parliamentary election.
