German Soldiers Hurt in Afghanistan

Three German soldiers were injured Saturday in a suicide attack near Kunduz Province in northern Afghanistan.
The soldiers were attacked while on foot patrol, the German Ministry of Defense told KUNA, the Kuwait news agency.
About 2,300 German soldiers are in the northern Kunduz province as part of NATO’s peacekeeping mission in Afghanistan.
A total of 21 German soldiers have been killed in Afghanistan since January 2002.
