Pants Under Lock and Key

FEMALE masseuses in an Indonesian town are padlocking their pants to stop customers from getting more than just a rubdown.

Authorities in Batu made the bizarre order to crack down on prostitution in the parlours.

But the move has been protested by Indonesia’s woman’s affairs minister.

Meutia Swasono was quoted as saying in The Jakarta Post today: “It is not the right way to prevent promiscuity.”
