Heffner Jr. stated that he believes he was being treated unfairly and started to argue,
the police report of the incident stated. (Amy Heffner said her) husband and son started to argue more violently and both subjects grabbed swords off the wall. At which time she stated she was calling the police.
Heffner said the two men continued to swing the swords at one another until police arrived. Both men were arrested and charged with domestic violence. No one was injured in the duel.

Posted by Gerard on 10/13/2009, 11:19 The story is not quite true, the facts are not as they are related in this story. The case and charges against both the father and the son are false and is being dismissed by Court and the judge, with the recommendations of the prosecuter. The statements of the police and their so called report is not true. |
