Who says 13 is an unlucky number?

Not those put put their money on a pair of 13′s in Thursday’s Washington D.C.’s Four Midday Lottery. The numbers were 1313.

A D.C. Lottery spokesman said everyone who matched the numbers in the exact order won $5,000.

The lottery isn’t sure how many people are involved. But lottery officials expect to pay out around $500,000 for straight picks.
