Young New York City artists won back the right to buy and carry spray paint and broad-tipped markers on Monday, thanks to a court ruling suspending an anti-graffiti ban on 18- to 20-year-olds.

LONDON (Reuters) - People born in spring or early summer in the northern hemisphere have a 17 percent increased risk of committing suicide than those with birthdays in the autumn or early winter, researchers said on Tuesday.
