Clinton Reports Cash Flurry After Win

Hillary Clinton's U.S. presidential campaign reports raising $10 million in Internet donations after her Pennsylvania primary victory this week.

That sum would go a long way toward replenishing a war chest almost broke going into the must-win primary, Politico reports, as Clinton and opponent Barack Obama head into a flurry of closing primaries starting with Indiana next week.

Indiana, as well as North Carolina and Kentucky, are in pricey media markets. Indiana means a lot of ads in the expensive Chicago area to reach the whole state.

Clinton has scheduled two fundraisers in early May and her finance team leaders are encouraging supporters to dig deep, the report said. She also wants more debates but Obama has declined.

Clinton reported starting April with just $8.5 million in primary cash and listed spending about $5 million on TV ads. Obama said he had $43 million in cash, spending $10 million on Pennsylvania ads.
