The state of Massachusetts has emerged as the clear leader in planned industrial plant construction in the New England region. A recent analysis of Industrial Info Resources' active plant database revealed that the region currently has 97 new plants in various stages of development. Of that total, 39 projects, representing 40%, are scheduled for construction in Massachusetts.
