By Nellie Andreeva LOS ANGELES (Hollywood Reporter) - Michael Piller, "Star Trek" veteran and co-creator/executive producer of USA Network's hit series "The Dead Zone," died early Tuesday at his Los Angeles home after a long battle with cancer. He was 57.

SAN FRANCISCO (Reuters) - Electronic Arts Inc., Twentieth Century Fox Television and Gracie Films on Wednesday announced a long-term deal granting EA rights to develop multiple video games based on the Fox television series "The Simpsons." Terms of the agreement, the first development deal between Fox and EA, were not disclosed.
