Flexible Solutions International: Second Quarter Financials Expected - and Conference Call

FLEXIBLE SOLUTIONS INTERNATIONAL, INC. (AMEX: FSI) (FRANKFURT: FXT) is the developer and manufacturer of biodegradable and environmentally safe water and energy conservation technologies, as well as anti-scalant technology. The Company will announce fourth quarter financial results on Aug. 14, 2007, after market close.

A CONFERENCE CALL is scheduled for 8:00am Pacific Time, 11:00am Eastern Time on Wednesday, Aug. 15, 2007. CEO Dan O'Brien will be attending the conference call to answer questions. Additionally, FSI would like to announce the sale of approximately 20 acres of surplus, undeveloped land alongside the NanoChem Solutions plant in Peru, IL. The land is not needed for current operations or for future expansion. Expansion, when required, will take place on the remaining 20 acres the plant is situated on and the $394,000 dollars received from the buyer will be used to increase the efficiency of the plant and prepare for potential increases in production for cleaning products customers.
