On Thursday, August 30, Dan Hoffler will arrive by helicopter at the new Day Beacon community in Belhaven, NC to meet with the project’s developer David Hoyle and it’s sales team led by Gary Wadsten of New Resorts, a Myrtle Beach based real estate sales and marketing firm.

Dan Hoffler recently purchased a villa in the Day Beacon project, which includes 36-second residences each with their own deep-water boat slip.
