Journalism Inherently Biased
August 30, 2007
The article “Gonzales tenure an ‘unmitigated failure”‘ by Ron Fournier of the Associated Press (Aug. 28) is clearly an opinion piece belonging on the editorial page. Regardless of one’s personal belief about Gonzales, the newspaper’s decision to run the article as news, rather than opinion, is a perfect example of why people believe journalism is inherently biased.
