40 Million Palm Trees

According to a report released by the Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations (FAO), the total number of the existing palm tress in the UAE amounted to 40 million trees, of which 40% in the Al-Ain city. The palm territories represent 30% of the total territories planted with fruit trees in the country.
