The ultimate middleware workflow solution for small to medium sized companies just got stronger. With it’s new Dynamic Document Assembly capability, Liaison Messenger EDD’s ability to schedule, manage, burst, encrypt, archive and digitally distribute Business Forms, Reports, and Data; Enterprise Output Management is no longer just for the big guys.

Santa Ana, CA (PRWEB) October 11, 2011

Liaison Messenger EDD 2.0 is a powerful automation server that lets users produce document workflow tasks which incorporate a unique blend of electronic document delivery, archiving, bursting, printing, workflow automation, and now Dynamic Document Assembly capabilities integrated into a single Enterprise Output Management solution.

Dynamic Document Assembly allows users to create intelligent workflow solutions by creating rules based upon the content within the document or data warehouse; for example use Messenger EDD 2.0 to:

Generate an organization’s Profit & Loss Report which also contains individual P&Ls for multiple divisions or locations. Messenger EDD can identify the Division breaks, burst the output, reassemble the reports, and then distribute the individual P&Ls to the respective recipients, for each division and in their own desired format (i.e., PDF, XLS, faxed, to-disk, to-printer, to-mobile device, etc).

Maybe e-mail AR Statements to past due accounts; however, configure Messenger EDD to Dynamically Assemble a copy of each outstanding invoice and append to the AR Statement into a single attachment for distribution.

Schedule Messenger EDD to automatically deliver a firm’s 401K enrollment forms, emailed in a form-fill able PDF, to employees that become eligible to join based on reaching their 1 year anniversary date. Then pre-schedule a Meeting Request between the Employee and Human Resource Manager in their respective Microsoft Outlook calendars.

Create intelligent order processing scripts to automatically include terms and conditions, product instructions, warranties, MSDS documents at the time of Invoice Printing based upon the variable line items on each Invoice.

Messenger EDD’s new Dynamic Document Assembly ability, makes all these scenarios a reality. The list of applications and uses is endless.

Being non-invasive, Messenger EDD can be incorporated into, virtually, any environment. Once installed, end-users simply print to the Liaison Messenger printer driver, the Messenger EDD Server takes of the distribution.

For rapid installation and deployment, Messenger EDD comes with pre-defined installation wizards for Microsoft Dynamics AX, GP, SL, and NAV as well as Sage Software’s X3, MAS500, MAS90/200, AccPac, and PFW. Larger scaled organizations running SAP, Lawson Software, or in-house developed systems can also take advantage of the power and simplicity of Liaison Messenger EDD for their digital distribution needs as well.

Liaison Messenger EDD is also the choice of many for the automation, scheduling and distribution of ad-hoc custom reports and form templates developed using SSRS (SQL Reporting Services), Crystal Reports, or other applications like Microsoft’s; Word, Publisher, or Excel.
