With the American male grooming market now worth $3.5 billion, men seem to be changing their attitude about issues that were in the past thought of as female focused.

Sales show that American males spend billions on grooming products each year, but it’s not just over the counter options that men are craving. With Father´s Day right around the corner, men are flocking to both the skin-care aisles of department stores and pharmacies as well as booking appointments with cosmetic surgeons for everything from Botox injections to breast reductions (gynecomastia). According to the statistics, in 2011 men underwent more than 1.1 million cosmetic procedures, which included both non-invasive options and cosmetic surgery.
