Big Story Weather from June 13: The big story from Italy is the tornado that hit Venice on the 12th of June. Also yesterday we saw no tornadoes in the US, however there was plenty of wind and hail reports through the Carolina´s and also back in Western Louisiana and Eastern Texas and then into the Northern Plains in places like South Dakota and North Dakota.
Big Story Weather Outlook for June 14: Partly to mostly cloudy skies expand from Maine all the way south into the southeast. Afternoon thunderstorms will spread across the Northern Gulf coast again today. Low pressure in Western Texas will bring thunderstorms this afternoon some which may become strong. Low pressure moving through the Northern Plains will bring an area of strong thunderstorms to the Eastern Dakotas into Western Minnesota today. High pressure controls the weather out West with warm and dry conditions.
Big Story Weather International Outlook for June 14: High pressure will control the weather over Northern Japan and the Korea´s bringing partly to mostly cloudy skies to the region. Southern Japan will see a frontal boundary over the region bringing showers and isolated thunderstorms. The southwest monsoon will continue to bring rain to the India region. Another dry and arid day for the Middle East with warm temps. A strong low pressure system is moving into England today which will bring mostly cloudy skies and scattered showers to the region. Low pressure is moving away from Australia which will lead to clearing skies for the majority of the country.
