Rockwell Nutrition Endorses Pharmax Fish Oil

Rockwell Nutrition endorses fish oil from Pharmax after considering its molecular distillation process in purifying their fish oil.

Wilmington, NC (PRWEB) August 03, 2012

Leading health supplement website Rockwell Nutrition endorses fish oil from Pharmax after considering their low oxidation manufacturing process. Pharmax fish oils are molecularly distilled.

Molecular distillation is considered the “gold standard” in purifying fish oil. The process requires that no oxygen is present.

“In order to achieve this, Pharmax heats the oil a little bit at a low pressure in a nitrogen atmosphere with no oxygen. The low pressure is used so the boiling point is lower. Then, oxidation levels are tested afterwards,” Rockwell Nutrition explains.

Oxidation tends to occur even when implementing strict manufacturing standards. In Pharmax, “oxidation levels are measured after the purification process, not before (which other companies have been caught doing) in order to reflect the true oxidation value of the oil,” Rockwell Nutrition states.
