Singapore (PRWEB) September 10, 2012

Today, through its wholly-owned subsidiary, Titan Holdings, Inc., Strategy Earth Group, Ltd. announced the formation of its scientific steering committee aimed at assisting and supporting the maximization of Titan´s proprietary Elemental Ionization System as well as future advancement of cutting-edge safe and efficient oil and natural gas extraction research and development.

The Steering Committee will be comprised of seven members from leading oil and gas industry principals. Three of the Steering Committee members have been named: Vysis founder, business developer, strategist, and Strategy Earth Group, Ltd. Steering Committee Chairman, Dr. J. Lawrence Fox, Queenstake Resources Jerritt Canyon Mne — Youkon Gold electrical engineer, manager, and instrumentation planner, Lance Perdue, and Aspartner managing partner Z. K. Zarif.

Dr. J. Lawrence Fox, contributes combined global management, business development, research and development, and strategic planning expertise. In addition to his extensive industrial and academic experience, collaborations, intellectual property development and evaluation, and contract negotiations, Dr. Fox has started five companies (including Vysis, which sold to Abbott for $350 million) and raised over $200 million for company development. He offers a strong aptitude for customer needs and product implantation and management. Additionally, Dr. Fox has successfully brought to market over 250 products averaging in excess of $2 billion in annual product sales.

Former Naval Officer Lance Perdue is an electrical engineer and project manager with a plant system start-up and commissioning, plant safety, and mining operations background. He has designed, constructed, assembled and disassembled mills and mines, as well as programmed PCL controls and the preventive/predictive maintenance CMMS (Accpac) program. His knowledge and experience with state, federal, and local agency mining and site requirements and regulations is particularly beneficial.

Z. K. Zarif is an international industrial and electrical engineer and societal member with mining, industrial applications, and maintenance affiliations. He has served as Corporate and Operations Presidents of Vezer Industrial Professionals, Inc. and ZE&C. Mr. Zarif is currently a managing partner with information technology services company, Aspartner, whose mission it is to “recover facility efficiency, reduce facility maintenance, improve facility productivity, and increase facility availability.” Mr. Zanif´s combined international industrial and electrical engineering education and associations, program and company development, management, and expansion, with operations and production expertise makes him an asset to the Strategy Earth Group, Ltd. Steering Committee team.

The seven-member Steering Committee will be charged with advising Titian Holdings, Inc. on the company´s current innovative salt water waste recycling (Elemental Ionization) system, which employs a unique combination of elemental ion chargers and non-contaminating proprietary additives to resolve technical as well as industrial issues that have slowed production from some oil and gas wells. There are states that restrict the reuse of high salinity water produced in the extraction and production of oil and gas. Titian´s system offers the industry operations in those states the option of recycling the water thus reducing the cost of having to dispose of the waste brine. Titan´s system is environmentally friendly, profitable, and “economically available.” Salvaging the waste water potentially saves hundreds of millions of dollars a year while conserving fresh water resources.

It is expected the Steering Committee will develop the natural and efficient methods needed to comply with regulations to complete oil and gas wells that have not been optimized specifically due to state´s environmental restrictions on the reuse of high salinity water produced during the oil and gas extraction. One of the immediate tasks of the Steering Committee will be to facilitate the rapid acceptance of Titan´s Elemental Ionization System recycling process throughout the oil and gas industry.
