Imaging 411 Offers Maintenance Assurance on Kodak Scanner Contracts

(The Wall Street Journal Aug 2012) The Scanner Assurance Now Program (SCAN) will be offered to existing Kodak contract customers until the end of 2012.

Since Kodak entered bankruptcy protection in January, some of their existing customers have expressed concern about the future of their multiyear service agreements. We think our SCAN offering will give those customers peace of mind and protection against service interruptions beyond their control.”
The program will cover existing Kodak scanner contract customers for the remainder of 2012 at no charge and without any scanner certification fees if they cancel their existing maintenance contract with Kodak and purchase a one year or multi-year service agreement from an Imaging 411 MVP Reseller.
