Lee’s Summit, MO (PRWEB) October 02, 2012
Todco Mechanical LLC is pleased to announce Double Down Casino Night charity event to benefit Ronald McDonald House Charities of Kansas City (RMHC-KC) and Building On Love, Inc. The fundraiser will be held on Sunday, October 21 from 4:30 — 8:00 pm at the Emaline Ballroom in Lee´s Summit (616 SW 3rd Street). Since this event can offer great exposure for your business, we would love to give you an opportunity for your organization to get involved through attending and/or helping sponsor Double Down.
Double Down´s proceeds will benefit families that are experiencing childhood illness or other medical crises. RMHC-KC and Building On Love, Inc. provide food, lodging, and respite — as well as financial assistance. Both organizations exist because of the compassion and dedication of staff and volunteers who help provide comfort and care for families in need. In 2011, over 7,000 Kansas and Missouri families benefited from the hope and comfort that Ronald McDonald House Charities provides. Since 2010, nine Kansas City families have received a total amount of $11,378.78 in grant assistance from Building On Love, Inc. to help with additional expenses that families with critically ill children may incur – from paying utility bills or house payments to helping with travel costs or other medical costs – up to $2000.00 per family.
Blackjack, craps and roulette tables will entertain guests throughout the evening at this year’s Double Down Casino Night. Attendees can also look forward to the Arvest Bank Mouse Races that will be held periodically throughout the evening! There will be food, raffles, silent auction items, a wine bottle toss, and a cash bar. Donors will also have the opportunity to learn more about RMHC-KC and Building On Love, Inc. as well as write words of encouragement to families that will be served by these two incredible charities.
There are three ways to get involved and help families in need and all three options allow you to get your company in front of hundreds of people in our community. A Jackpot sponsorship for $500.00 includes 8 event tickets, 8 grand prize raffle tickets, $400 in chips, 8 drink tickets, food, and advertisement in our program as well as on a gaming table; a Blackjack sponsorship for $250.00 includes 4 event tickets, 4 grand prize raffle tickets, $200 in chips, 4 drink tickets, food, and advertisement in our program and on a gaming table; and finally, the All In sponsorship for $150.00 includes 2 event tickets, 2 grand prize raffle tickets, $100 in chips, 2 drink tickets, food, advertisement in our program and on a gaming table.
