Second Blood “Replenishment” Drive Being Held in Honor of Thomas Jones and Chelsea Jannsen with Rock River Valley Blood Center

Oregon Fire Fighter Thomas Jones and his fiancée Chelsea Janssen were involved in an accident leaving them both with severe burns. Friends of Thomas and Chelsea wish to host a blood drive in order to replace the blood products that have been used to treat them both.

On Friday, October 12th, from 2-6pm at the Oregon Fire Protection District, 100 Washington Street in Oregon, Oregon United Methodist Church, Oregon Fire Protection District and Oregon Fire Fighters Association will host a blood drive to help replenish the blood supply. Oregon Fire Fighter Thomas Jones and his fiancée Chelsea Janssen were involved in an accident leaving them both with severe burns. Friends of Thomas and Chelsea wish to host a blood drive in order to replace the blood products that have been used to treat them both. Additional drives have been planned for later in the year and into next.
