Los Angeles, CA (PRWEB) December 26, 2012
For the first time ever, His Holiness Paramahamsa Nithyananda gave a completely new understanding to the eight strategies of Yoga as path for optimum health. He revealed new light on three strategies namely yama, niyama and asana. Paramahamsa Nithyananda will be continuing to reveal more truths on the remaining five strategies in the daily live satsangs from the Cruise on http://www.Nithyananda.TV at 6:00pm Pacific Time.
He said, “The first strategy is Integrity, Yama which involves being integrated in all five dimensions of satya, asteya, aparigraha, brahmacharya and ahimsa. With integrity one starts owning their body. Whenever a disease happens, one’s integrity in owning the body without giving up on the body is the first step. Integrity in words one utters to oneself and others is satya. Integrity in owning and disowning, is asteya. Owning only which has been earned and not trying to own things of others is asteya. Whole world suffers so much with this pattern of trying to own other’s things. Largest crime happening on planet earth is trying to grab other’s things. Thousands of murders are committed because of that. If somehow human beings can be taught this one integrity of not trying to own others things, world will become the most beautiful place to stay. Trying to own others pattern is the most chaotic pattern on the planet earth. When collective minds try to own others’ things they commit the crime of wars. Unfortunately instead of trying to own what is one’s own, which is the mind, body and consciousness, people try to own everything which are others things. One should bring integrity into ownership of what is our own, our body, our mind, our consciousness. Aparigraha, living with right amount of things one needs, and not taking away the body’s abilities by giving unnecessary things to one’s body. The bio intelligence is made to function in the lowest possibility by too much of luxuries, which takes away one’s innate intelligence to live naturally. Bringing this great integrity of living with minimum possible things with the body, will awaken a new type of bio intelligence in the body. Integrity with one’s desire, greed or lust is Brahmacharya. Integrity towards the fears and life is ahimsa. Just like how one feels they want to live, every life feels it wants to live. No one has the right to take anybody else’s life. So I request human beings to come back to the lifestyle for vegetarianism.
The second strategy is authenticity, niyama. It has many beautiful steps, Soucha, Svadhyaya, Ishwarapranidhana, Tapah and Santosha. First step in authenticity, is Soucha. It may be surprising, but, if one is authentically carrying the body, they cannot tolerate unhealthiness or unhygienic conditions. The space in which one lives, is exactly how their mind is. The moment one starts carrying the body authentically, the first thing that happens is cleanliness. Second point in authenticity is Svadhyaya, reading the sacred scriptures to raise oneself to the higher state of consciousness. Listening to these great truths again and again only can bring authenticity and become one’s bio intelligence and bio memory. The mind by nature is programmed to be in delusions and chaos, complicating the conflicts. Next, Ishwarapranidhana is surrendering to the ultimate, which is again a very important component of authenticity. When one brings authenticity to the surrender, the surrender is brought to a very high level. Ishvarapranidhana is to authentically surrender to the cosmic energy and authentically cognizing the presence of cosmic intelligence in whatever is happening. Many big organizations miss this step and remain as just educating organization not enlightening organization. Next point Santosha, is carrying right clearance, bliss in your being. If one carries the right clearance, then working it out authentically and going through anything to make it as a reality is Tapah. That’s all, but, That is all.
Third strategy is Asana, means keeping the muscles alive and comfortable. I am defining Asana, each of your muscles should sit on the other very comfortably and stably. STHIRAM sukham asanam, which is stable and comfortable is posture. All of the muscles sitting on each other comfortably and stably is asanam.
These are the first three important yogic strategies for health. With integrity, authenticity and right clearance, one’s life is a plan for miracles. “
